Great customer service, and the food was delish.
Treated with so much hospitality & respect. The host was pleasant & very animated which was helpful since our party had people in wheelchairs who appreciated the humor. Our server was excellent & attentive to our needs.
Very clean, spacious restaurant. Food prepared well, arrived hot. Service was slow and it always took awhile to find the waiter when we needed something - however it was after 8pm and the restaurant was fairly empty so the waiter was in the back more than he was walking the floor.
Not bad but the crew needs polishing. IHOP is a chain so the crew decides your experience. Overall, not bad for the experience. T y p i c a l chain pricing.
Not at all what it once was, I believe mainly due to a young staff. Poor customer service sloppy food arrangement. The kids were excited about the hot chocolate, when they both came, one cup was spilling over all around, looking very unappetizing. The other we came to find out had hard cheese stuck to the inner parts of the cup. I'm done with that location until I see a more mature and responsible staff
