This place is a total dump. It's been bad for years and somehow seems to get worse every time I go there. Long lines with only self checkout ( at least one is always broken) and 1-2 cashier's open even at busy times. Store is dirty and unorganized, many items are clearly returns that have been retaped and put back on the shelves. Good luck finding someone that has any idea what they are talking about to help you. I asked to setup a carpet install estimate for in stock carpet and was told they only cut it and I would have to install myself. When I asked for someone else to help I was told the flooring person was at lunch and to come back later. Management is clearly non existent in this store. If a small business operated like this they would be out of business. I can't wait for Lowe's in Yorktown to open and when they do I will never step foot in this dump again.
Amazing store and thanks to geovanny for helping me cut the shelving , even though the machine did not work. But he came out with a great idea to be able to cut the shelving for me and i feel very helpful thanks to him i appreciate with my whole heart. He is a great person and with much wisdom and very intelligent and very respectful .
Phone customer service is awful. they never answer phone! Can't wait for LOWES to open
I was in stock according to the computers (on line and in store) Waited 15 minutes for an employee to come tell us they only had what was on the shelves. Item was not available. That store is horrible for accuracy and service .
At this Home Depot there are many associates available and they are truly knowledgeable!! Not only to help with projects, but even to help locate items you can't find. Best Home Depot around!
