My real name is Nick Colombo,Cosmo Kramer is my google ID and I'm a real patient at Advanced Dentistry.I've been going to Advanced Dentistry since 2010 and I couldn't be Happier! Recently my teeh had become thin and cracked because of meds and a auto-immune disease.I had small infections and was having some discomfort.I saw Dr.George and he explained every thing in detail.He put my x=rays up on a big screen TV and showed me each tooth that had a problem and it was a lot! He then offered me different options and told me to take my time,think about each option.He and the staff would support any decision I made,I was never under any pressure to do anything I didn't want.I decided to fix my teeth and bite with new crowns.I went and sat with Sophia and she explained every detail,took pictures of me and showed me what my new smile would look like.Sophia is on of the nicest person I've ever met,no question was stupid and she took her time making sure I understood every detail in the procedure.Then I saw Nikki and we went over cost and finance,again every detail was explained and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do.Nikki is another amazing person working at Advanced.Then I saw Gina because I decided to have sedation.I don't think I could of done this without Gina's help.She explained every step of the sedation process,made me feel calm and at ease before,during and after the procedure.My procedure was on a Monday and Gina called me on Easter Sunday to see if I had any anxiety or questions about the procedure.She also gave me her cell phone and told me If I woke up anxious to call her,even if it's 3am!! Gina goes above and beyond and is so nice and caring.The procedure went very smoothly,Dr George and Dr.Mejia are amazing people,they treat their patients like family,they are kind,caring,honest people,their dentistry is second to none and always painless.I just can't say enough about the Dr's and staff at Advanced.If your looking for a caring,honest,fun,nice dentist,stop by.You'll be greeted by Mary,who's always smiling and you'll be treated by the staff like an old friend.I used to dread going to the dentist,now I look forward to seeing my friends at Advanced.If you want,ask for my before and after pictures and you'll see the talent and skill of the doctors,and my new amazing smile!

This dentist office is full of extremely friendly and personable staff who explain your different options to you with an emphasis on what YOU want in terms of an end goal. Truly a fantastic and incredibly QUALIFIED team to work with. They also do most things in house, so you'll likely not need a referral to get additional work done.
Dr. Sepiashvili (Dr. George) and Dr. Mejia (Dr. Wanda) are the most highly trained, skilled, friendly, kind dentists I could ever ask for, and their bedside manner could not be better, especially in dealing with anxious patients undergoing major procedures (like myself). They truly do make their patients feel like family--always so welcoming, whether I have already seen them twice in that same week or if I go months between cleanings. Yes, certain procedures are undoubtedly expensive, but you get what you pay for, and the fact is, some people just truly have no idea how much dental procedures cost in the first place (I worked in dental, so I wasn't so surprised). I was not willing to have my teeth look like Chiclets when I was undergoing a full-mouth restoration with veneers and crowns. I wanted a natural look. A friendly smile is the facial feature most commonly associated with looking approachable, and if you feel confident about your teeth, you will (or at least should) smile all the time! I do! Advanced Dentistry has a powerful almost holistic approach where the patient works with them to improve the state of dental health. This for me has been satisfying. The team is highly experienced and competent employing advanced tools and techniques. Communication is detailed from Day 1. The doctor and support team are fantastic as my comprehensive plan is in progress and exceeding my expectations. This is a unique practice and I recommend them highly!!!
